Dan Rice - Owner/Chief Wine Slinger
Dan grew up in Apple Valley, MN and studied Finance at the University of Minnesota. A semester abroad in Barcelona ignited his love for all things Spain, food and wine. However a career in investment banking would happen first, leading to a move to New York City. Having acquired a taste for Natural Wines drinking at places like the Ten Bells and The Fourhoursemen In NY, Dan saw an opportunity to bring a natural wine bar concept to the Twin Cities.
